Bionic Sculpture

In this bionic design project, we explored the operational principles of natural biological systems and their remarkable capabilities developed through evolution. We then designed a bionic sculpture based on an Enneper minimal surface and conducted comprehensive material studies. Initially, we created a prototype using cork to test its properties and ultimately selected polycarbonate as the final material for fabrication.
